Joseph helped me out when my car couldn’t shift gears coming from Spokane, going back to Western WA. It was 99 degrees out and he came from his house to help me. I called 7 different shops within 100 miles of Moses lake around 1pm on a Thursday 3/13/25 and 509 was the only one to answer. Not only did they answer but they took the time to find the correct airbag and get me safely back on the road at a very reasonable price! It was a great experience and I will definitely be using their services again if I’m ever in need.

My car broke down and Joe found me stranded. He called a tow truck immediately and waited with me, I told him I thought my alternator burned out and he confirmed that was the case as soon as he walked up. He had the car fixed first thing in the morning and his rate was very reasonable. Joseph is a great person and an amazing mechanic. I highly recommend his services.
