Joseph helped me out when my car couldn’t shift gears coming from Spokane, going back to Western WA. It was 99 degrees out and he came from his house to help me. I can’t speak highly enough of the service I received from 509 Roadside. My F150 was throwing multiple error codes and knocking, and eventually stranded me off I90 on a Sunday afternoon. Joseph with 509 was extremely patient and attentive, and helped walk me through problem solving over the phone, and I was able to get back on the road. (For a bit, but that’s the truck’s fault and not theirs!) Five stars, and I’d give more if I could.
These guys got me in to their shop on short notice and found my electrical problem quickly. Can’t thank them enough! I will call them again if I need help in the area!!
