Joseph helped me out when my car couldn’t shift gears coming from Spokane, going back to Western WA. It was 99 degrees out and he came from his house to help me. He was calm, knowledgeable, communicated well, and honest. He even called me when I got back home to make sure I made it and gave me some car tips. There aren’t too many people out there like him. I called 7 different shops within 100 miles of Moses lake around 1pm on a Thursday 3/13/25 and 509 was the only one to answer. Not only did they answer but they took the time to find the correct airbag and get me safely back on the road at a very reasonable price! It was a great experience and I will definitely be using their services again if I’m ever in need.
