I called 7 different shops within 100 miles of Moses lake around 1pm on a Thursday 3/13/25 and 509 was the only one to answer. Not only did they answer but they took the time to find the correct airbag and get me safely back on the road at a very reasonable price! It was a great experience and I will definitely be using their services again if I’m ever in need.
Joseph helped me out when my car couldn’t shift gears coming from Spokane, going back to Western WA. It was 99 degrees out and he came from his house to help me. He was calm, knowledgeable, communicated well, and honest. He even called me when I got back home to make sure I made it and gave me some car tips. There aren’t too many people out there like him. I believe in karma, and Joseph deserves all the best karma his way.

I can’t speak highly enough of the service I received from 509 Roadside. My F150 was throwing multiple error codes and knocking, and eventually stranded me off I90 on a Sunday afternoon. Joseph with 509 was extremely patient and attentive, and helped walk me through problem solving over the phone, and I was able to get back on the road. (For a bit, but that’s the truck’s fault and not theirs!) Five stars, and I’d give more if I could.
509 Roadside put in a left foot pedal, brand new brakes, and rotors and rear drums on my car. Also checked all fluids and cleaned engine bay. They were fast, friendly, and went way above and beyond for me. I would give these guys 20 stars if I could!
They did excellent work on getting my 1995 Tacoma running with multiple vacuum and other issues. Good diagnosis and repair on old projects is hard to find now days. I would recommend these folks to anyone.
