I can’t speak highly enough of the service I received from 509 Roadside. My F150 was throwing multiple error codes and knocking, and eventually stranded me off I90 on a Sunday afternoon. Joseph with 509 was extremely patient and attentive, and helped walk me through problem solving over the phone, and I was able to get back on the road. (For a bit, but that’s the truck’s fault and not theirs!) Five stars, and I’d give more if I could.

I started using 509 Roadside in 2023 and I can’t say enough good things about Joe and his team. They provide prompt and professional repair services for my equipment at very reasonable rates. Since my office is based outside of the region where 509 Roadside is located, they are a strategic resource for my equipment service needs.

Had issue with semi shutting down due to coolant level issue, contacted 509 to assist and they were earlier then expected, very friendly and got me back on the road quickly and went beyond duty and even checked other things to prevent any other issues. Would call them first if I ever have a problem down road.

My window wasn’t working for the past 2 years and I was looking for a good mechanic for a while but they were too pricey. But 509 roadside did not disappoint! They were able to fix my window at a great price! Definitely recommend!! I can finally go through the drive through!
