What They're
Saying About Us
See why our customers consider 509 Roadside their go-to repair shop in Moses Lake, WA and the surrounding areas!
509 Roadside put in a left foot pedal, brand new brakes, and rotors and rear drums on my car. Also checked all fluids and cleaned engine bay. They were fast, friendly, and went way above and beyond for me. I would give these guys 20 stars if I could!
I can’t speak highly enough of the service I received from 509 Roadside. My F150 was throwing multiple error codes and knocking, and eventually stranded me off I90 on a Sunday afternoon. Joseph with 509 was extremely patient and attentive, and helped walk me through problem solving over the phone, and I was able to get back on the road. (For a bit, but that’s the truck’s fault and not theirs!) Five stars, and I’d give more if I could.
My car broke down and Joe found me stranded. He called a tow truck immediately and waited with me, I told him I thought my alternator burned out and he confirmed that was the case as soon as he walked up. He had the car fixed first thing in the morning and his rate was very reasonable. Joseph is a great person and an amazing mechanic. I highly recommend his services.
Totally helped me out of a jam. Last Wednesday 2/26/25 late in the day, my 2011 Isuzu Blue Bumper Box truck had a red check engine light go off. You guys were my angels. Thanks so much for clearing the code and getting my truck back on the road. It made it all the way to Spokane and back to Seattle.
Joseph helped me out when my car couldn’t shift gears coming from Spokane, going back to Western WA. It was 99 degrees out and he came from his house to help me. He was calm, knowledgeable, communicated well, and honest. He even called me when I got back home to make sure I made it and gave me some car tips. There aren’t too many people out there like him. I believe in karma, and Joseph deserves all the best karma his way.
Had my starter go out they had a new on hand and I was back on the road right at 2 hours, great job 509.
Joseph and the 509 Roadside crew have been an invaluable part of keeping our fleet of delivery trucks running reliably here at Culligan, and it has been great having such a fantastic, local mechanic. He is consistent, thorough and always goes the extra mile to ensure our vehicles are in excellent condition. His attention to detail and commitment to quality work are evident in every job he takes on. Knowing we can count on him for fast, dependable service makes all the difference in keeping our operations on schedule. Very highly recommended for all your fleet needs!
