My car broke down and Joe found me stranded. He called a tow truck immediately and waited with me, I told him I thought my alternator burned out and he confirmed that was the case as soon as he walked up. He had the car fixed first thing in the morning and his rate was very reasonable. Joseph is a great person and an amazing mechanic. I highly recommend his services.
I can’t speak highly enough of the service I received from 509 Roadside. My F150 was throwing multiple error codes and knocking, and eventually stranded me off I90 on a Sunday afternoon. Joseph with 509 was extremely patient and attentive, and helped walk me through problem solving over the phone, and I was able to get back on the road. (For a bit, but that’s the truck’s fault and not theirs!) Five stars, and I’d give more if I could.
Joseph did a great job replacing a small engine for us. He searched, bought and replaced it for us while keeping us informed every step of the way. With great pricing and service, we will continue to utilize him in the future for our needs.
509 Roadside is amazing. I was driving my truck and was in the area with an airbag broken on my trailer. I called 7 different shops within 100 miles of Moses lake around 1pm on a Thursday 3/13/25 and 509 was the only one to answer. Not only did they answer but they took the time to find the correct airbag and get me safely back on the road at a very reasonable price! It was a great experience and I will definitely be using their services again if I’m ever in need.
509 Roadside saved my day. I locked my keys in my trunk and called insurance to have them help connect me with someone to get into my car. I was waiting for the maintenance truck to come, 2.5 hours after my call. 509 Roadside was just driving by and helped. Super nice guy!
